Fall Fun

What are some ways you can tell it's fall around here?

Eating apples.  On a side note Makynzie was the first one to grab an apple from the fridge.  She came walking in from the kitchen eating it and with the hugest grin, oh so proud of herself.  :)

Carter got that injury while he was at the Kids' Club at the Gym..apparently he was trying to jump on a big ball (?) and missed and landed flat on his face.  Poor guy!

Kids + Leaves = Always a fun time

They were "shoveling" the leaves.  We probably should teach them the proper way...

Mason would bring shovelfuls to the trash can around front.  Such a good helper! :)

Barnyard Boo

We were able to have a lot of fun this October welcoming Fall and leading up to Halloween.  It was so fun to get together with the Maudsley's and the Clark's at Thanksgiving Point's Barnyard Boo.  The weather was perfect and the kids had a blast.  Even though I wished David could come, other than that it was great!  I didn't get any pictures of the hay ride, but that was fun too!  (I need to learn to use Blogger so this isn't underlined when you hover your mouse over it)

Pony rides are always a sure way to please the kids.

Flash back to October Conference

Turns out that building a fort to corral dinosaurs and other assorted figures is a great listening-to-Conference activity.  :)
