Flashback to Kacianna's 2nd birthday!

On December 30, 2011, Kacianna Lily celebrated her 2nd birthday!  Kaci woke up to a table full of presents and balloons.

She got some fun necklaces, which were a big hit.

Birthdays are always so exciting for everyone!

She had lots of help opening her presents.

Kaci loved this walking, barking puppy from Grandpa and Grandma Barker!

These pictures are out of order, but we spent the day at the Aquarium.  Everyone loved it!

I always like to document that Makynzie was there too.  Here she is, sleeping away.

One of the big attractions at the aquarium is that you can reach in and pet the manarays.

That night she opened the rest of her presents, sitting on her new princes chair.

It happened to be one of Mason's friend's birthdays too, so after the aquarium, we went to celebrate with him at the Nickel Cade before Kaci opened presents at home.  It was a fun addition to the day and Carter prayed every night for months that we would go back to the Nickel Cade LOL

At the time that I am writing this, Kaci is 2-1/2 and such a joy.  She loves playing with both her older brothers and her little sister.  She is caring and when she gets a treat or even just a glass of water, she has to make sure everyone else gets it too.  She is now officially potty trained and has been for about two weeks.  She is definitely at least 6 months in front of her brothers in that regard.  Kacianna loves Nursery, especially singing time.  She loves "Round and Round" (Wheels on the Bus), Popcorn Popping on the Apricot Tree, Book of Mormon Stories, Head Shoulders, Knees, and Tongue( a variation we made up for Kynzie when she was always sticking out her tongue).  Kaci loves to color and build things with blocks.  She loves Curious George, Barney, and Caillou and is so happy whenever we sit down to read to her.  She is such a fun addition to our family and I love seeing her relationship with her siblings grow stronger as time goes by.  We love you, Little Kac!
